Learn skills in human development, interpersonal facilitation, group leadership, assessment, and administrative principles. Our graduates become leaders in higher education institutions, putting these skills to use with college students.

We base the structure of this program on our belief that higher education should focus on assisting students' intellectual, psychosocial, and ethical growth. You will have the opportunity to work with six full-time and three adjunct faculty members who all have served as administrators in the field of student affairs.
