Learning, Leadership, and Organization Development

We continue to learn and grow even as adults, and as a result, our educational needs change and evolve. Our program will prepare you to work with individuals, programming, and evaluation mechanisms to help adults advance in their education. But because educational needs also extend into private, public, and non-profit sectors, our program also addresses organizational learning and needs.

Our faculty combine practical experience with research expertise to provide an academic and practical approach to adult learning and organizational development.
