The UGA Office of Undergraduate Admissions oversees the application process required for the university. A student must be accepted to UGA before entering a College of Education program.

Part 2: Program Admissions Requirements

Some undergraduate degree programs have requirements that are unique for that program. Any such details for the BSEd in Exercise and Sport Science appear below.

For the BSEd in Exercise and Sport Science

The exercise sport science program is high demand with limited enrollment. Acceptance is competitive. Acceptance criteria includes the following:

  • UGA Core Area I – III courses (20%)
  • UGA Core Area VI courses (including KINS 2010) (60%)
  • Application Statement/Essay (20%)
