Nominations are now open for the 2016-2017 College of Education Distinguished Alumni Awards.
Each year, we are proud to present our Distinguished Alumni Awards. With these awards, we express our deep appreciation to those who, through their service, contributions, and accomplishments, bring distinction and honor to the College of Education and beyond. UGA faculty, staff, students, alumni, and friends are welcome to nominate College of Education undergraduate or graduate alumni in different stages in their careers.
Nominations will be open from May 1, 2016 through July 1, 2016. A committee that includes students, faculty, and alumni of the College of Education and Office of College Advancement representatives will select the recipients. Nominees will be considered for the award category determined to be most appropriate by the selection committee and will be notified in the early fall of their selection as award recipients.
For questions regarding the Distinguished Alumni Awards, please contact Nancy Butler, Associate Director of Alumni Relations.
