Biography

Diann Olszowy Jones is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Georgia in the Department of Learning, Leadership, and Organizational Development. She teaches within and manages programs that develop advanced professionals who lead the education and learning of adults and/or are developing organizations. She draws on previous professional experience as an insurance executive as well as a managing editor of an academic journal. Her current research interests include the role of leadership in institutionalizing community engagement, managing change and transitions, and strategies for contributing to an organization's long-term sustainable growth.
