Research Summary

My primary interests include the provision of direct services to infants and toddlers with special needs and their families, as well provision of services within an inclusive classroom setting for preschool-age children with developmental delays and disabilities. My research interests include fidelity of implementation of Part C service delivery, family-centered practices in early childhood special education, play and communication development in young children with disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD), parent responsivity and play behaviors during parent-child interactions, and parent-mediated intervention for young children with disabilities.
