Along with studying the latest biomechanics, physiology, and health and wellness principles, our students learn instructional methods for teaching motor coordination, sport skills, physical fitness, and teamwork at various age levels.

Our contemporary program includes diverse learning opportunities from lectures in the classroom to student teaching and other experiential learning opportunities available in our research laboratories and through service learning course mechanisms. Our comprehensive program teaches instructional methods as well as the latest principles in health, wellness, biomechanics, and more.
