Our services span finding funding, proposal preparation (review and editing), budget development, compliance, completing grant applications, managing the financial aspects, and helping prepare end-of-project reports.

Our Services and Resources

Pre-Award Services

Grant Proposal and Contract Development
Conduct grant-related workshops for faculty, staff, and students
Develop budgets, edit grant narratives, and review all proposal components
Complete grant application forms and enter proposals into the eResearch Portal

All external grant and contract proposals must be reviewed by the Office of Research and Graduate Education before they are sent to UGA’s Sponsored Projects Administration for submission.

Post-Award Services

Manage financial aspects of grants and contracts
Assist with preparation of annual and final reports

Partnerships and Collaborations

Build partnership opportunities with school districts, community agencies, and other entities
Connect to other units within the university relevant to grant and contract management

Additional Research ResourcesWe work with other UGA administrative and fiscal units , including the Office of the Vice President for Research and Sponsored Projects Administration for grant and contract submission and management.

Research Conference

The College of Education Research Conference is an annual opportunity for researchers to learn, engage, and interact with colleagues. Sponsored by the College of Education’s Office of Research and Graduate Education, activities include a keynote, networking/poster session, and competitions aimed at increasing the awareness of research, funding, and interdisciplinary work.
