Consistent with previous years' conferences, the goal of the 2021 DEI Conference is to foster dialogue and collaborative learning to build a more just and equitable environment in our College and community. This current moment calls for creativity, adaptability, and accountability as we navigate a global pandemic and heed the call of social movements across the world to name and uproot systemic racism and anti-Blackness while envisioning socially just alternatives. By focusing on collective intersectional healing in our education and helping professions settings, we can build our capacity to create a liberatory future.
