COE researchers use electric stimulation to reduce diabetes risk

College of Education researchers are examining how electrical stimulation can improve glucose tolerance and reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes for individuals with spinal cord injuries, reports a feature story in the May 19 issue of _Columns_. The researchers are led by Kevin McCully, a professor in the Department of Kinesiology.
