"Skipping your workout to save energy actually works against you," reports ABC News, citing a University of Georgia College of Education study. "Regular exercise boosts strength and endurance," reads the June 8 article titled, "14 bad habits that drain your energy." The 2013 study was written by kinesiology researchers Brian Loy, Patrick O'Connor and Rod Dishman, all in the Department of Kinesiology.
