Engelhard addresses Pacific Rim Objective Measurement Society

George Engelhard, a faculty member in the Department of Educational Psychology, gave an invited address and held a workshop at the Pacific Rim Objective Measurement Society (PROMS) on August 6 in Guangzhou, China.

Engelhard, a member of the governing board of PROMS, addressed the group on the development of rater-invariant assessments designed to minimize rater errors and biases in performance assessments.

Engelhard joined the UGA faculty in 2013. He received his PhD from The University of Chicago in Measurement, Evaluation and Statistical Analysis.
