Red & Black: COE aims to inform in majors fair
The University of Georgia's College of Education is home to over 4,500 enrollees and 13 areas of study, making it one of the most sought after colleges by UGA students. The application process and deadlines for the college's various programs, however, can often seem murky and intimidating.
Designed with these concerns in mind, the Undergraduate Majors Fair hopes to rid students of these worries and shed light on some lesser-known curriculums.
Hosted at the Georgia Center in room K/L from 5:30-7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 18th, attendees can expect a casual atmosphere with department representatives and current College of Education students ready to answer any and all questions. The event is free to all undergraduates, reports a November 17 _Red & Black_ story.
