College of Education faculty member Amy Reschly has been named editor-elect of School Psychology Review, the flagship journal of the National Association of School Psychologists. She will serve as editor-elect in 2015 and as editor in 2016.
Reschly, an associate professor in the Department of Educational Psychology, is the coordinator of the school psychology program. Her research focuses on student engagement, the promotion of high school completion, problem-solving and curriculum based measurement. She serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of School Psychology, Journal of Early Intervention and Journal of Psychoeducational Assessment. She is a member of the American Psychological Association and Division 16 (School Psychology) and NASP.
Reschly joined the UGA faculty in 2006. She received her Ph.D. in educational psychology with an emphasis in school psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2004.
