Congratulations to the College’s 16 First Honor Graduates for spring 2025

Sixteen First Honor Graduates in the Mary Frances Early College of Education will be recognized at the University of Georgia’s spring 2025 undergraduate Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 9.

To be a First Honor Graduate, a student must maintain a perfect 4.0 cumulative grade point average throughout their undergraduate studies, as well as in all college-level transfer work before or after enrolling at UGA.

The College’s First Honor Graduates for spring 2025 are:

  • Kinsey Bolling (B.S.Ed. ’25), social studies education
  • Bladyn Bowman (B.S.Ed. ’25), exercise and sport science
  • Lana Brown (B.S.Ed. ’25), middle grades education
  • Elizabeth Crosland (B.S.Ed. ’25), communication sciences and disorders
  • Elizabeth Dillman (B.S.Ed. ’25), exercise and sport science
  • Lillian Hanesworth (B.S.Ed. ’25), communication sciences and disorders
  • Katie Hassenboehler (B.S.Ed. ’25), exercise and sport science
  • Amelia Hendricks (B.S.Ed. ’25), elementary education
  • Erin Higgins (B.S.Ed. ’25), social studies education
  • Mary Hobbs (B.S.Ed. ’25), special education
  • Nicholas Keller (B.S.Ed. ’25), exercise and sport science
  • Lily Medlock (B.S.Ed. ’25), elementary education
  • Maria Murphy (B.S.Ed. ’25), communication sciences and disorders
  • Anna Schukowski (B.S.Ed. ’25), elementary education
  • Hadley Short (B.S.Ed. ’25), elementary education
  • Lina Waldrop (B.S.Ed. ’25), health and physical education, exercise and sport science
For those who cannot attend in person, the ceremony will be livestreamed on the UGA Commencement homepage beginning at 7:25 p.m.
