Three alumni of the College of Education's department of counseling and human development services were recently honored by the Georgia School Counselors Association.

Collette Chapman-Hilliard, an assistant professor in the department of counseling and human development services, is serving on the editorial board for The Counseling Psychologist.

Tom Poland (MEd '75), author of several books on South Carolina, received the Order of the Palmetto in recognition of his lifetime service, achievements and contributions to the state.
