In response to the Georgia Professional Standards Commission’s (GaPSC) 505-3-.03 Foundations of Reading, Literacy, and Language rule , faculty across the University System of Georgia formed this consortium to consolidate our system-wide expertise on preparing teachers and leaders to support P-12 learners and their teachers.Join the Listserv

EDUC 2140 Templated Course
Members of the consortium developed a university system-wide templated course, EDUC 2140 Foundations of Reading, that is a common course that can be used across the university system. This course has been added to the Field of Study Guidelines for Educator Preparation programs.
