The purpose of the scholarship is to provide support for two or more students studying for doctoral degrees in the program of educational policy and administration.
The recipient(s) are to be chosen by a faculty committee named by the department chairperson and chaired by him/her. The committee should establish student need and professional promise as primary criteria, but in cases where all other factors are equal, should choose recipient(s) whose professional goals are in instructional supervision.
Eligible applicants must be a doctoral student in the Educational Administration and Policy program. Criteria for selection include student need and professional promise.
