- How to apply: The nomination package includes:
- Two letters of recommendation from individuals who can attest to the applicant’s academic potential and commitment to reading education
- A personal letter of justification that details the ways in which the applicant meets the evaluation criteria
- A cover page with the applicant’s name, graduate degree sought, address, phone number, and email address
- Authentic signatures and signature dates
The nomination package should be electronically submitted to the program coordinator for literacies and children’s literature by October 1 (Fall) or March 1 (Spring). Packages submitted after October 1 will not be considered.
