How to apply: There is no student application process for this scholarship. Recipients will be selected by a faculty team reviewing and voting on all eligible candidates and their dissertation topics and course performance related to the purpose of the award.

Fund Purpose

The purpose of the McGuffey scholarship is to award doctoral students in educational administration, whose studies will include research into the impact of a school’s physical environment on teacher behavior, pupil behavior, and/or pupil learning. The selection committee shall be chaired by the department head and shall include at least two other members of the Mary Frances Early College of Education faculty.
